If you are thinking about buying fish oil tablets, let me tell you how to choose the best.  There are some really expensive products on the market.  It is not unusual to see a month’s supply going for $60.  There is simply no reason to pay that much.

Of course, when a supplement costs a great deal less than that of the competition, you must question the quality.  For example, the discount brands that you see at Wal-mart and other department stores are far below the average price.  They could not possibly contain much, if any, actual omega3 fatty acids.
